Our management agreements, we provide total management services to third-party hotel proprietors. We charge a percentage of total hotel revenue and other management fees depending on the performance as a percentage from the profit of the hotel Unit operations. We do also charge Sales & Marketing fees based on total number of room sold.

We generally sign agreement for 5 -10 years or longer but, it all depends on the place and type of clientele / property.
